All items are produced on demand. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and begin after production is completed.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Can I make changes to my order after purchase?
Once production begins, order details cannot be modified.
Products & Custom Requests
Are all items made to order?
Yes. Each item is produced individually upon order to ensure quality and reduce overproduction.
Do you offer personalized or custom designs?
Existing products are not modified. However, custom ideas may be considered. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss your request.
Returns & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All items are produced on demand and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
This does not affect your rights in the case of a defective or damaged item.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and assist accordingly.
Gift Wrapping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping is not available. All items are produced on demand and shipped directly from our production partners.
Wholesale Orders
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
We do not offer standard wholesale pricing. However, if you are interested in placing a larger order, please contact us before purchasing to discuss details and possible discounts.
